Workshop I - FLUIDITY AND QUALITY IN DANCE

Saturday, March 7, 2026 1PM-2:15PM

When and how to be soft or firm in the embrace, and how to manage the energy of movement. Precision in Pivots. Through practical examples for both roles, we’ll explore tools to enhance quality, intention, and connection with your partner, the music, and the floor.

Workshop II - VALS

March 7, 2026 - 2:30PM-3:45PM

Smooth turns, and movements that honor and enhance the distinctive rhythm of the vals. Fluid transitions between walking & turning (good understanding of giros and molinete patterns is required)

Pre-Milonga Class – Milonga Flow & Improvisation

Simple combinations to facilitate improvisation at the milonga. Direction changes and turns while maintaining the rhythm and flow of the milonga, including the milonguero salida del 40.
